Cake Boards

As distinct from the plain grey "boxboard" of the pat, these "cut to size" boards add an air of distinction and quality to baked products ranging ffromcheese cakes to tortes and pavlovas. The foil top coating ensures the product stays fresh longer by providing a moisture barrier that reduces the rate at which moisture escapes through the cake's underside. It also assists in transportation and provides a solid base on which to present the desired item. Available in silver and gold top, in four grades, all sizes from 5" to 18" round and square. Special cut sizes are also available on request.
