Yellow Sticker - 2-sided silicon release papers designed for the best release from even the stickiest products, even after repeated use. The number of uses depends on the product being baked and the temperature. Available in a variety of sizes.

Green Sticker:


Green Sticker - Quillon release papers are designed for good release in single-use applications typical of in-store bakeries and other food service operations thatuse small convection and conventional ovens. Less expensive than silicon sheets, quillon sheets may be re-used depending on the product and baking conditions.
